Storage and Uses- Store them in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place inside mesh bags. Storing in sealed containers causes molding and sprouting.

Used as flavouring in a wide variety of dishes like chutneys, rice, curries, sauce or to prepare garlic bread, pasta, etc.
